Luxury Accommodation For 2 - 8 persons

The villa has 4 bedrooms (1 double and 3 twins), 3 bath/shower rooms, lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher.

The master bedroom (with ensuite bath/shower room) and bedroom 2 (with adjacent shower room) have airconditioning/heating and are situated on the upper level, along with the circular lounge, split-level dining area and kitchen. There are marble floors and vaulted ceilings throughout, as well as contemporary furnishings that include Satellite TV (Sky Sports inc.) and a stereo CD/DVD system. You will also find a good selection of books and DVDs.

Outside there is a rear courtyard, utlity room and extra WC. A spacious patio is alongside the fabulous 8m x 4m pool. Leading from the dining area is a covered veranda which is a popular area for dining and watching the sun set over the distant mountains. Behind the pool is the BBQ terrace overlooked by a sundeck with pergola. There are numerous terraces around the villa - all with the most spectacular views. Plenty of garden furniture and sun loungers are supplied.

Bedrooms 3 & 4 are found on the lower level and are reached by an external staircase. They have separate entrances and share an ensuite shower room. Large fans are provided and there is ample wardrobe space in all bedrooms.

Linen and towels (not beach) are provided and a weekly cleaning/laundry service is included.

2 - 4 Persons Occupancy

The layout enables the two lower bedrooms to be excluded when up to 4 persons occupy the villa. In this instance the villa is the same but with the master bedroom and bedroom 2 only. The lower bedrooms will not be occupied and there is a £200 per week reduction! Enjoy all the amenities with even more room to relax!

GUESTS THAT HAVE BOOKED VILLA MIRANDA ALWAYS HAVE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE VILLA AND ITS GROUNDS - WHETHER THEIR PARTY CONSISTS OF TWO OR EIGHT PERSONS.
